Keenan Intelligence is Pat Keenan — a business intelligence and technology advisor with hands-on experience building data infrastructure, AI tools, and operational systems for real businesses.

Who I Am

I'm Pat Keenan, founder of Keenan Intelligence. I built this firm around one conviction: most small and mid-sized businesses have the potential to operate like a well-run enterprise — they just don't have access to the people or systems that make that possible.

My background spans data analytics, business intelligence, and technology implementation across industries including trades, field services, and residential contracting. I've designed and deployed full analytics stacks from scratch — data warehouses, dbt transformation pipelines, AI query agents, and BI dashboards — in environments where the alternative was a spreadsheet and a gut feeling.

I'm currently embedded as President of Innovations at a multi-state roofing contractor, which means I'm building the same systems I offer clients in a live, high-volume business environment every day. That's not a case study from five years ago — it's active work, with real stakes.

Keenan Intelligence exists so that other businesses can access that same capability without hiring a full-time executive to get it.
